土曜日は神戸マラソンの試走でした

ふがいない自分にそろそろピリオドを打たなくちゃいけないという意味で、たいへん意味づけが大きな「秋田内陸100キロウルトラマラソン」が近づいてきました。好きなウルトラマラソンで連敗はしたくないし、少なくともなおらいが成人するまではウルトラランナーでありたいな、と思っています。

この週末は走りこむ最後のチャンスでした。土曜日はチームアジアのなみおちゃんと先日発表になった神戸マラソンのコースの試走で41.0キロでした。

さて楽しみにしていた神戸の試走でしたが、この日は日差しも強くてほぼ30度。風があったのが救いでしたが、新長田駅前の鉄人28号ぐらいまでは通りの眺めを楽しみながら軽快に行きましたが、須磨浦公園から垂水を経て、舞子までの往復(17キロぐらいかな)の日陰がないのがきつかった。

あとは復路の須磨(33キロ)からホームズスタジアムまでの3キロぐらいの長田区の工業地帯も気持ちが切れやすいところかも。JR和田岬駅を過ぎると街がにぎやかになり、気がまぎれそうです。

このコースのゴールは神戸大橋を渡ったポートアイランドですが、島に渡ってしまうと銭湯もないのでパスしました。40キロ前後からの標高差40メートルぐらいの坂道、これもきつそうだ。

というわけで、レースに向けての対策を考える余裕もないまま、5時間半ほどかけてのランでした。

日曜日は太陽が丘JCの練習会で坂道走22キロ、そして月曜日は披露抜きで天ケ瀬ダムまで2往復13キロを走ってきました。今月走行距離は187キロです。土日祝日だけなので健闘したほうかな。
