青島太平洋マラソン３時間16分でした

久しぶりの更新です。

11日日曜日の青島太平洋マラソンを走って、京都に戻りました。

２月の泉州以来、10カ月ぶりのフルマラソンでした。

15キロ辺りまでサブスリーペースランナーについていきましたが、そこから4分半に修正して、最後はキロ5分40秒まで撃沈しました。

朝の10キロジョグだけで、ペース走もスピード練習もしていないので当然の結果です。それでもいいチャレンジは出来たかな、と思っています。

年明けに別大、泉州と続きます。

むうさん、ご無沙汰してます。
橘通りですれ違ったとき、ナイアガラのシャツ着た良く似た人が走ってるなぁ・・・と思ったらむぅさんでビックリしました。

むうさん、お久しぶりです。

最近はあまり練習ができていないようで・・・
それでも、3時間16分で走れるんですから素晴らしいです。

自分はまだ、3時間半が切れずに、うろうろしてますよ。

青太と同じ日の奈良マラソンは、本当にアップダウンが多かったですが、後半も気持ちが悪くならず、自己ベスト出ました。来年、一緒に走りませんか?
奈良M都道府県別参加者は、京都府が大阪府に次いで3番目の1345人でした。奈良M2時間20分台(奈良県記録更新)の優勝者は知人で、王寺町役場職員です。明るい好青年(34)で、紹介しますよぉ。
